What I’d build
One platform, built around how Birchline works:
- Their price rules built in, so the office manager can quote a job in minutes
- Invoices that go out when a job is marked done, with reminders for anything overdue
- Timesheets filled in from the job on the crew’s phones, approved and sent to payroll
- One inbox for every enquiry, and a schedule each person sees on their phone
- Custom: a materials checklist for each kind of job, built for how they work
- Their data moved over from the whiteboard, spreadsheets and apps, and the team shown how it works
Fixed price
$16,500+ tax, then $499 a month
Above the $14,999 starting price because of the custom materials checklist. The $499 from the consultation comes off it. Half is paid to start, the rest once everything is up and running. This price doesn’t change: anything added after signing is priced before I start it.
Timeline
Live three weeks after the build starts.
